DocuSign® Integration

American Estate & Trust integrates with docusign to enable seamless onboarding

Description

American Estate & Trust has partners with DocuSign to enable clients without platform access the ability to sign their terms of service and LPOA.

What you'll need

  • A DocuSign subscription of at least "Standard"
  • Valid credentials to your business DocuSign tenant.
  • All clients will need a valid email address and mobile phone number.

Integration

Before you can send out e-signature packets for onboarding, please complete the following steps in the AET business portal.

Enable Integration

  1. Login to the business portal
  2. Select "Profile"
  3. Select "Integrations"
  4. Select "Link Account"
  5. Select "DocuSign"
  6. You will be redirected to a DocuSign Login page where you'll enter your credentials
  7. After submitting your credentials, you will be redirected back to the AET business portal

Invite Users

  1. From the dashboard, select "Add Customer"
  2. Under "Customer Access" select "No". This will create a user without access to the User Portal.
  3. Fill in the information for the customer
  4. Select "Review"
  5. Select "Submit"

This process will send out the AET Terms of Service to the new customer.
