Requests a user review, as well as a review on any accounts they have in pending. An account can only be reviewed if a user has updated their profile with the following details: social security number, first name, last name, date_of_birth, address_1, city, state, zip, and a phone number must be added to review a User and upload identification documentation. Terms also need to be accepted before requesting a review.
